Dropping In Policy
I don’t generally do drop in sessions for this group, as want to encourage a committed and steady attendance (and I know how hard it is to commit to things with kids!) As it’s my livelihood, I want to be able to offer these sessions with some sense of security, so it really helps me if people can commit to the block.
If you know for sure you can only make some of the sessions, feel free to choose the lower price. If none of these prices suit you, please get in touch with me directly to discuss options.
How should I choose my price?
I offer a sliding scale to enable more people to access singing. I trust your judgement and will never ask you to justify your choice. You can also change your choice at any time.
Consider paying higher on the scale if:
you own the home you live in
have investments, retirement accounts or inherited wealth
travel recreationally
have access to family resources in times of need
work part time by choice
have a relatively high degree of earning power due to your level of education, gender, racial privilege, class background, etc.
are dedicated to supporting others’ access to singing
Consider paying lower on the scale if you:
are supporting children or have other dependents
have significant debt
have significant medical expenses
have educational expenses
receive universal credit
are a senior citizen with a minimal income
